*功能说明：单线圈滑阀, TÜ V-EXIDA 认证符合IEC 61508系统标准, 等级SIL 4 (551/TÜ V)-SIL 3 (553/EXIDA)。电磁阀与气源螺纹连接, 与气缸之间采用NAMUR安装方式。同一个阀可以通过转接板转为5/2或3/2常闭阀, 控制单作用或双作用气缸。 阀体上所有的排气口均可连接, 以提供更好的防护, 特别适用于区域, 例如洁净室, 药厂和食品厂。阀体提供更好的防护性能, 不易受外界杂质如液体, 灰尘等干扰 (防尘结构)。可通过改动垫片的方向将阀改为外置先导式, 工作压差为0。电磁阀符合相关的EC规范。
